After this Training Session student should be able to:

Understand the Maintenance Definition & Types.

Understand the Maintenance Management System and its functions.

Identify different types of maintenance (emergency, corrective, preventive, routine, predictive...), failures patterns, MTBF, MTTR, …, maintenance strategies (run-to-failure, time based, condition based, redesign, failure finding),

Knowledge of different kind of maintenance plan’s philosophy. (Periodically or hourly).

Identify the added value of condition monitoring and predictive maintenance _ Oil Sampling importance & Vibration monitoring added value for prediction.

Has the initiation to CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

Has the initiation to view, discuss and be familiarized with:

Real application on SAP. // Real cases of oil analysis // Real vibration data collect report.
