Quality Policy
OGIM (Oil and Gas Institute of Monastir) is a training institute specialized in Oil and Gas. It was created in 2008 with the contribution of engineers from Tunisian and international oil companies, with 20 to 30 years of experience, and eminent Tunisian academics.
In this context of customer satisfaction management, the General Management has defined a quality policy focused on the following points:
1. Satisfaction of our clients
2. Mastery of our skills
3. Continuous improvement of our activities
As part of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), initiated on 12 December 2016, OGIM’s Management ensures the achievement, measurement, and analysis of the results related to the axes defined by its policy, in order to progress together toward the realization of its objectives.
Our Quality Management System is established in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, and applies to all our activities of Professional training and diploma courses in the Oil and Gas field
As a true long-term commitment, this certification places us in a continuous improvement approach that is evaluated annually during audit reviews and on a daily basis through the services delivered to our clients.
Moreover, to meet the concrete expectations of our clients, it is relevant to combine this approach with the implementation of service commitments, such as those of IWCF International Well Control Forum.
The IWCF International Well Control Forum's requirements allow us to improve our services by utilizing true vectors of continuous improvement.
To ensure the efficient operation of this system, the General Management ensures the implementation of processes (the process approach and the risk-based approach), the consideration of customer requirements as well as legal and regulatory requirements, and the awareness of staff to achieve the objectives set across all our activities.
The General Management is committed to providing all necessary resources (human, material and communication) to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS.
Through management reviews, it evaluates the relevance of Quality objectives with the context and strategic direction, as well as the effectiveness of the QMS.
The Management Representative (RMQ) is responsible for reporting periodically to the General Management on the performance of the QMS, and for raising staff awareness regarding customer requirements and quality management.
The General Manager is asking all staff to be actively involved in the quality approch in order to ensure the success of the implemented policy and to achieve ISO 9001 certification.
